After spending many years as a farmer, Phil developed a deep appreciation for the land and the beauty found in every tree. Today, that same philosophy guides his craftsmanship, honoring the wood and allowing its natural character to shine.

Using premium hardwoods, including olive wood from Italy, Purple Heart, Maple, Walnut, and more, every board is handcrafted through multiple stages of shaping, sanding, and finishing before being treated with NSF-Certified, food-safe Walrus Oil to protect and enhance its natural beauty.
