Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Pirani Woodcraft piece. Because every board is handcrafted from natural wood, each piece will have its own unique grain, color, pattern, knots, and character.

Ready-to-Ship Boards

Ready-to-ship, non-custom boards may be returned in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

To request a return, please contact us at philpirani@gmail.com before shipping your board back. Once your return is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Boards

Because custom boards are created specifically for you, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes boards made with custom dimensions, wood selections, shapes, handles, engravings, names, personalization, or other custom specifications.

Natural Wood Variations

Wood is a natural material, and no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in grain, color, knots, pattern, texture, and other natural characteristics are part of what makes each Pirani Woodcraft board unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at philpirani@gmail.com‍ ‍with your order information and photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.
